Even if we are 4-0 up with ten minutes to go there is still anxiety. We never just go and win games.

If Everton scored 4 goals the flying pigs would be scary.

Anyone interested in how we`ve been tracking against previous seasons? If not , just keep scrolling....

Even with the deduction we have the same points now after 28 games than we did in 21/22, in that season Frank Lampard managed 14 points to the end of the season. You`d think we need that sort of tally again (39) with another incoming PSR charge.

We are 1 point behind last season where Dyche picked up 11 points from the last 10 games including the nail biter on the final day, this final total (36) may be enough but with the 2nd PSR charge will leave us vulnerable IMO.

10 cup finals in which we need to accumulate as many points as possible, seems obvious but the last 11 games has eroded any room for error.

Luton have great heart, but they are as crap as we always said they were. No team can go 3-0 up by half-time and throw it away. Just ask AC Milan.

Aye, they have had horrible results this season dropping 16 points from winning positions but you have to imagine this one will seriously upset them.

And ours have been truly wonderful. not a win in 3 months and a guarantee we wont win if concede first.

I can remember being at The Baggies for Fergies last Man U game and they were 3 0 up at half time and at one point 5 2 in second half but final result 5 5. I'm trying to think of the other wins though ??
