yep we gotta go for it against luton no more excuses show we are better

Been talking with my firends about this if we ahould go two strikers and just sets the fans uo before the game that he is going for it

I honestly dont expect Luton or Sheff U to be out of the relegation zone at any point this season(at least after week 10). That means in reality its about a 5 team competition to see who the 3rd team is, and Id put Burnley as the leaders followed by Wolves.

I think Burnley will be o.k. They’ve had a hard run of games.

I’d like to see them against more of the midtable and relegation threatened teams. They haven’t looked too bad when I have watched them and as you say their opening fixtures have been very tough.

Bournemouth lost 9-0 at Anfield, sacked the manager who got them promoted and stayed up with ease.

They won't though.

I stick to thinking Luton and Sheff Utd will defo go down, and the 3rd could be anyone of a few teams - to be fair i actually thought Sheff Utd may have caused a few little problems for the Toon today, and they may have, if they took the lead when they could have. but anyway hopefully obviously we are not in the fight to stay up, and we can relax a tiny touch towards the end. beat Luton and other results by the bottom go the way we hope and we may form a little gap already to bottom 3

You couldn't ask for two better home games following a strong away win to gather some momentum and gain confidence. If we beat then two we will have nearly gained 1/3rd of the points needed for safety.

Need to win at Luton and beat Bournemouth at home. Everton still has major issues and there will likely be multiple runs of games where they get almost no points. But the weakness of the promoted teams does make it much more likely that 35 points will be enough and that is still about 1 point per game. So far with 4 in 6 that projects to under 30 for the season.

They also easy could of got a point at home against City as well. They was unlucky against spurs last week too.

No poultry addition here, but 3 points against Luton and we stand a decent chance of being on course for at least 40 points when we get to the quarter point of the season.

Both games are at home. We've got a great chance of taking 6 points.

Not sure this team has got it in them to win three on the bounce but that unexpected win yesterday and the standard of the opposition coming up probably gives us the best chance of doing so all season. A huge opportunity to put some points on the board.

Play like we did yesterday and it’s hard to see us not winning the next two. Massive difference heading into the derby with a relative gap to bottom 3 if we do
