People said the exact same thing, before the liverpool and man city games. Lose the next 2 and the teams below win and we're in trouble.
Those games have gone and we're still 12th. Still got 8 teams beneath us and 6 points off the bottom 3.

I can't believe I used to moan about us having our nose pressed up against the window of the Champions League places without us remotely bothering the elite. Little did I know that Martinez would have us involved in relegation battles and performing at 1993/94 levels less than six months later.

In any case, our more recent form has picked up and we have in the last 6 games just one defeat and more than a point a game.
I cant see us finishing further down than 13th...which is woeful but it's that type of season. It needed writing off weeks ago.
Look forward now to 2015/16. It's the only way to keep sane.

Read my original post. I state that our current points total is close enough to the relegation candidates to class ourselves as being in a relegation battle, which is true. Do you think clubs occupying 12th position in February are exempt from being in a relegation battle or something?
I think we all think they're bad results and that we should be worried.
We just don't think we're going to enter the last 2 games of the season needing points to stay up.

If I said we would take 8 points from City/Palace/Liverpool/WBA/Chelsea and Leicester would you say that's a decent return
