We aren;t good enough mate. I thiught this had been established?

Goodison will get us the final points to gauarantee it.

Their first home clean sheet, despite being injury-ravaged and already relegated? There was no sense of the manager even tolerating the idea of pushing for a winner today - he was comfortable accepting a point and if we do end up going down, I'd certainly point to this game in particular as a key reason.

Anyway, onwards and just hoping and praying Spurs and Brighton take points against Burnley and Leeds this weekend.

If I put aside the frustration of tonight I think we are in a solid position with two games at home to come, for the first time in a couple months im more confident in us staying up than going down.

Christian Eriksen will win Brentford the game on Saturday, and I fear Palace will once again be too energetic and pacy for us. We could do easily lose the next three games. If we can win one I feel we're ok, but after tonight I'm scared again.
We just beat Chelsea and Leicester back-to-back.

1 loss in the last 6 games.

If we were jup against one team below us then I might agree we should be scared, but we have two below us and they're both tripe.

If we get relegated this is where it happened tonight, we had the perfect opportunity against a very very poor Watford team and we looked absolutely clueless, I am going to say this now players like Gordon Gray Allan Coleman Keane are simply not good enough, very average players who don’t do enough

4 points needed from 2 home games against Brentford and C Palace. If we can't get them we deserve to go down.

If it comes to the final day even with us out of the bottom three but not safe then we're getting nothing from Arsenal. It's about as "Everton that" as you can get that we'd get beat and other results would swing.

We may not need 4 points either and could be safe by Sunday. I have a inkling though that Leeds will beat Brighton who are probably due a loss as good as they have been this season.

Burnley to get nothing on Sunday but I don't get people saying they won't get another point. What they will get and what they might get are two different things as with most teams but a point at Villa and beating Newcastle at home on the final day? It's hardly a scenario beyond imagination is it?

Same for Leeds. Unlikely but far from impossible they could get two wins.

We need those 4 points and need them in the next two games. A win on Sunday and we should know exactly what, if anymore points we need.
