I swear that some of our fans have the memories of a goldfish! Its like they still can't wrap their heads around the idea of us being crap and only remember the last game. Wake up people ffs, there's a reason that we are where we are in the table. Nothing changed tonight. It could still all be over on Sunday. Leeds HAVE to get six from six. There's zero room for any mistakes from them. We can get four from a possible nine and still stay up via goal difference. Staying up right now is THE only target and we took another step towards that tonight.

It we stay up, it’ll be because Burnley and/or Leeds will get worse results than us. I have no faith in this team or manager to get the job done themselves.
That’s where we will get lucky.

Burnley have dreadful injuries and two tough aways coming.

Leeds the same with injuries and james/ayling out for the season.

We have two home fixtures to sort it out. If we can’t do that then we should go down.

Huge weekend coming up that would have been a much calmer experience if we had won tonight.

Mate, Today we could’ve buried it for all intents and purposes. We couldn’t break down what is, in my opinion, the worst team in the league. We didn’t even come close.
I honestly agree, performance and intent was poor and that has peed me off. But the 2 previous results mean I am still positive.

I’m not suddenly going to think that Burnley have a better chance of beating Spurs away and Leeds winning there next 2, than us beating Brentford just because we’ve been crap today. It’s just not logical.

Fair enough, be annoyed, I am, but we are still in the box seat.

Hope your right mate, Elland Road will be hoping to.

Think tonight and the next two are a worry for the reasons I said above, we’d nearly be better off playing top teams who’d come at us, wouldn’t be surprised at all if we beat Arsenal tbh.

Can never predict a relegation battle, they take on a life of their own.
We'll be ok.

Yes we would definitely prefer our position to Leeds and Burnley, but people dressing tonight up as a good result need their cranium feeling.
I agree, I don't think the result is a good one or good enoigh, but put it in perspective look at our away record the result isn't a surprise really.

The two wins against Chelsea and Leicester haven't made us a good team, we are still dog turd, but we have to stay in this league and it looks like we will do that now.

Tell ya this though, can't be dealing with this crap next year things have to change.

Exactly, all tonight has done is absolutely ramp things up. Don't think for a second Leeds fans and Burnley fans haven't just seen our shower of crap dribble to a draw against a team with 8 first teamers put and who looked like they didn't even have a proper striker on the pitch....yet we stuck with 3 at the back for ages.

Absolutely shocking urgency tonight, pressure right back on us again now on Sunday, once again hoping other teams screw up instead of us taking care of business.

The contentment at our performance from the manager and players was appalling. I'd have been screaming at the lack of urgency even if we were mid table.

If you're a Leeds fan, you know you've got one more chance against Brighton to put the pressure right back on us. They win that and it's going to be a horrible 90 minutes at Goodison.

We’re in a relegation battle though. The team is not creative anyway.

He would have went for them and we get beat, you’d be crying about that
No I wouldn’t, they’re the worst team in the division, we are on the back of two wins, it is literally perfect time to go for the win.

I’m “crying” now because we never did that. It was tepid, pathetic and weak. Two subs man, wtf. And one was a dm for another dm. Wow, people happy with that. Interesting.

Cant see us beating Brentford in such a quick turn around the team needed rotation tonight to keep legs fresh which the manager didnt do which is baffling as we looked goosed in the 2nd half.

I would be aiming for the Palace game as the one to get 3 points to get us over the line. Rotate on Sunday and give likes of Richarlison/Delph/Gordon a rest and use them from the bench if we aint winning on the 65-70 minute mark.

Exactly mate, there's no other way at looking at a point against an abysmal Watford side as absolutely bloody disgraceful.

I can't wait for this season to end, stuck em all on the transfer list and hope someone invents a new sport called square ball we can all follow because our lot can barely string a few passes together.
