Anything can happen but ultimately we have to match leeds results against Brighton and Brentford…

Anything ‘can’ happen but logic tells me That Burnley won’t beating Spurs away especially with their injuries…might sneak a draw against Villa and could beat Newcastle.

Two points clear of two teams (and a home game in hand and better goal difference than leeds) - god I’d have bitten your hand off for that when we were five points behind a few weeks back.

There’s nothing about the club is there, there’s nothing you can hang your hopes on going forward. All these players got us in this mess. All that boardroom. This manager was happy to take a point tonight.

Nothing about the lot of them
.

I honestly don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say that the only reason we are out of the relegation zone is because of the fans. The fans have rallied, they’ve resuscitated these cowards.
The manager has been a breath of fresh air. Inherited a cowardly squad, in abysmal form, from a manager who put us in a dangerous position.

I realise I run the risk of peeing a few people off writing this, but I really fail to see how we won’t be in another relegation battle next season.

Too many really bad players to offload, already know we have to sell to buy and we only have two real sellable assets in Pickford and Richarlison.

This job has become a poisoned chalice due to the awful players occupying squad numbers.
We are far from safety now, next season if we stay up could be worse

Us tonight at half nine......

This aged badly

Do we deserve to go down ?

It's been a dreadfully disappointing season, we've been abject at times, we've thrown away points against some very poor teams.

We've also got a surprisingly good record against the top six, and in recent games at Goodison Park have shown some real heart and fight and given us some wonderful memories .

The highest points total for ANY relegated team in the last 10 years is 37 (Newcastle in 2016). If we get more than that, do we still "deserve" to go down ?

Think we're safe now. I think Lampard is the wrong manager and fear for next season. God knows what we'll do in the Summer to change it but if we don't, next season could be far worse if we start badly.

If Leeds or Burnley had Brentford and Palace both at home their next 2 games we would be losing it in here.

Not saying they are easy games but in comparison Burnley have Spurs and Villa away before Newcastle at home and Leeds play Brighton at home and Brentford away.

I know which set of fixtures I would rather have.

It does seem that people are forgetting the palace game exists

Dreadful tonight and shone a spotlight on our dramatic lack of quality in some areas.

The Leeds result does us a big favour though. If Brighton beat them on Sunday, we only need a point from our final three games to stay up.

He hasn’t though has he. Being an improvement on Benitez isn’t saying much is it let’s be honest.

It is was it is if we do go! I’ll never forgive our so called hierarchy board of directors if we do! It’s all about how much money you can get in your back pocket now
