Thing is though we should have beaten Watford if we tried but we accepted a draw so that answers that one. Brentford we would have beaten if the officials got the decisions right but they didn't so that answers that one.

Personally I fear that the players may be a bit tired this time round because its been big game after big game for a long time now but fingers crossed they can get themselves up for it and get the job done.

they've won the same number of games as us this season - that's mental. What they've done really well is not lose. 15 draws compared to our 6. Our inability to get something out of games has been a biggest downfall.

Its not gone till its officially done, imagine if Arsenal failed to beat us because they didnt try, then find out that the very very unlikely result of Norwich winning happened-They will be professional you would think and go for the win no matter what, which hopefully in our case after Thursday may not matter

A draw is a good result if Burnley draw. Because It will mean both Burnley and Leeds need to win on the final day if we lose. It will also mean we would only need a draw against arsenal to guarantee safety.

So the draw isn't bad but the win of course will mean we can all relax.

We can't play Wednesday due to EL Final and can't play Tuesday as we played Sunday.

It's gone. Spurs will win 5-0. Arsenal know there is not a chance of Norwich getting a result

Personally think we are getting hammered at Arsenal.

1. They will want a reaction after all the criticism they are getting.
2. Our players will be physically and mentally shot as they know everything is on the line on Thursday.

Correct Dave, a much more pragmatic post than a few you made on Sunday. I really think we can beat Palace. They are a quick physical team, but, that is the type of team we can nullify with effort and determination, they are a far easier team for this current Everton team to take points from than Brentford, who, especially with us down to 10 men, had too much clever movement and an incredibly gifted playmaker in Erickson who passed us to death.

Ordinarily I'd agree. However, the crisis at CB will be tough to overcome.

We'll need to see both our strikers on the scoresheet and the rub of the green to get all 3 points against a dangerous team like Palace.
