Absolutely this. But we did it Sunday and still we conspired to lose.

Very true. As it stands, I'm due to be starting work at 5.45 on Sunday, which means all the games won't quite be done by then; before I go in, I can have one last quick check of the phone before it goes away until several hours later. It's exactly the sort of cruel and unusual punishment that only this club could come up with. I really need this to be put to bed on Thursday, for the sake of my last shred of sanity.

And a bad refereeing decision that meant the red card stood in the first place, we shouldn't forget

It should have been a penalty and more than likely 2-0 to Everton after 20 minutes. Instead we were a man down in an area of the pitch where we didn't have any other options.

Arsenal will be fighting like caged lions on Sunday to beat us… just on the off chance that Norwich can scrape a shock win against Spurs.

We draw against Palace and realistically we are gone.

Arsenal really won't , no way Spurs are not getting a draw at least. It gives us a slightly better chance if we need it
