Wont ease my mind mate, not with the luck Everton have. It was only a few weeks ago we had no worries and then Burnley went on a winning streak. Even last week Leeds scored in injury time to get a very valuable point.

Got to be done tonight for me or i will be in full on panic mode hiding under the bed on Sunday because we wont get anything from Arsenal away if we cannot get anything from Brentford and Palace at home.
If you look at how the season went after Burnley away it's been one where we recovered to a point that we were back in command of the situation again. That's still the case. It's not ideal, and it feels like we saw a massive chance to get free of this disappear on the Sunday just gone, but our opponents at the bottom didn't make any decisive moves themselves.

If we cant win tonight but keep Burnley and Leeds needing a win then you have to ask what the odds are that they both get wins against decent opponents. Ok, we go to Arsenal final day, but neither Burnley or Leeds are entertaining Watford or Norwich - the only games that have some *guarantee* of points.

It's a terrible position to be in, but the reason we're still massive outsiders to get relegated isn't too difficult to understand.

Am I the only one whose interest in the club and sport has reached such levels that they’re really not arsed?
I thought I was at that point until a few weeks ago. I can honestly say that the Chelsea game put me through the wringer as much as any game i've ever been to though, and I was almost delirious by the end of it. The game is a farce, the club is a shambles, but the bond as a fan is stronger than i'd realised. The last few weeks have made me understand how people end up hooked on smoking/drinking/drugs in a way I never have before. I've said many times that I could just walk away and not be bothered but the truth is I can't, the club is just part of my life and whether I like it or not our fates are intertwined.

We are on trial today. Tonight is the verdict. Lose then we are sentence to the guillotine.

Sunday will be our heads in the guillotine hoping zoro can come an d rescue us.
Nah, I dont see it that way.

If we dont win tonight and Burnley dont draw or win we are pretty much still outsiders to go down.

This could be Richarlison last home game for Everton
I really like Richarlison, but of all the 'tonight could be...' scenarios, this one is very very low on the list of concerns for me. No offence to you there, i've seen it loads on twitter etc, I just don't understand why that would even be entering anyone's heads. It could be the last top flight home game we ever play, that's slightly more of an issue for me.

Not too bothered really. Should have at least double the actual number of goals he's scored this season. Without him we'd be relegated, yes, but he isn't anywhere near clinical enough and I'd use that nice wedge of money to revamp the squad if we're going to be scratching around for funds this summer.

Nightmare scenario, really not sure how I’d cope with that! I genuinely believe that’s not happening for another couple of years when at least we’ll have something positive to think about and look forward to,
