Somebody mentioned Klassen. He scored last night in European cup. Couldn't have been so bad then?
Getting back to the favourite subject of several folks on here , i.e. relegation, as we appear to be approaching doom will the club drop season ticket prices for the Championship? I am budgeting for a possible comeback. I am sick of being an armchair critic anyway. It is no fun.

... there is a LOT of dilapidated armchairs in the living rooms of Everton supporters...

I know it's been grim on the pitch recently but there are actual teams who haven't even won a single game yet. We've been ravaged by injuries to our best players , it affects every team. Especially with our major insufficiencies in squad depth. I forsee midseason mediocrity once again, but relegation seems like an outlandish notion. After watching that shambolic first half of the previous game it's hard to envision worse teams than Everton. But somehow they shockingly exist.

Forgive me for not thinking we’re going to get relegated like a normal person.
Norwich Won, Burnley drew away to Chelsea and Newcastle have shedloads of money to buy players in the Jan window...And that was just today.

If we don't arrest this winless streak very quickly, we are going to be right down there at the end of the year.

And we're still not close to being relegated.

See you again next week for another episode of Overreact.

Brill!!! I was beaten to it by the doom merchants. Soon as I saw the Norwich and Burnley scores you had to be quick to get in the first prophecies of relegation fights. The red Echo and the Everton haters will be in full voice on Monday.

Norwich, who can’t buy a win, win and then sack their manager.
Newcastle looked very poor this evening but, at that, my sense was were they playing us this evening Callum Wilson would have scored a couple and they would have dispatched us. Let’s not be footballing snobs in the least, that starting 11 last Monday loses to pretty much every prem side going.

The Saudis knowing zilch about football have have now realized no good manager will go there and they are likely for the drop. A short term appointment with a fat wedge of salary may keep them up with the ex Bournemouth lad. He was never on anyone's short list.

We are spiralling inexorably down to the abyss. Can Rafael save us from this terrible fate? Where is Big Sam when you need him? He would know what is needed.

to be fair our november/early december fixture list is so so hard, not always the most optimistic over here but a little pragmatic, must wins are tomorrow and brentford
