and lots on here were happy to see Digne go mistaking his form for loss of talent instead of argy bargy with Benitez. The less we say about James the better as it really does upset me that we pushed him out so thoughtlessly. We would not be here if we had kept those two and still had Sigurdson available.

Totally agree pal, James should never have been allowed to go, I know it was about wages and stuff but he held the key to unlock defences which is what we have lacked all season.

As long as City beat Burnley well today then our Sunday game becomes a lot more relaxed. I know we would all love some points from the game but results today could mean staus quo even if we get nothing from tomorrow. Frankly the longer status quo persists the worse for teams below us as it gets harder and harder to find points with fewer games.
