It's with regret that we have disabled/removed the reputation system.

There's been a sharp rise in Evertonians leaving abusive reputation comments to other Evertonians.

Unfortunately, the way in which the software is configured, we're unable to notice an abusive reputation comment unless the particular member notifies us.

I'll be trawling through all comments made in the past several weeks and banning any member who has left abusive messages.

I'll be looking to introduce an alternative system which doesn't leave us so open to abuse.

I think think maybe you should be going here for your forum needs, just saying like.

I remind you that this is GOT mate, Everton's premier gay & bi website.

Why would you want to be giving out slaps because of words on the internet? Unless it's foreplay like. I think that taking stuff that's clearly a wind up too seriously would make me more concerned about those getting enraged about it than those who are doing it.

Yep gay behaviour. Ebepton & Tottingham I recall. Each to their own like but I think its beyond childish. Its hard to get a serious discussion on here without sh8te like that being written.

I vote for positive reps coming back with negative disabled. Is that an option? Were we voting on something? No. Even so ... that's my vote.

I suggested that earlier. I think most people on here gave out 100x more pos rep than they did neg rep anyway. Neg reps rarely did any good, either.

They done the right thing, took it out at its peak. It was a bit unfair though wasn't it? I was lucky enough to have loads of that bad nerdy rep thing so I pos repped someone they'd get ten squares and, apparently, if I negged someone they would get ten red squares.

Isn't fair really, my view doesn't carry more weight than anyone's on here. Even if they're a bad melt.
