It's with regret that we have disabled/removed the reputation system.

There's been a sharp rise in Evertonians leaving abusive reputation comments to other Evertonians.

Unfortunately, the way in which the software is configured, we're unable to notice an abusive reputation comment unless the particular member notifies us.

I'll be trawling through all comments made in the past several weeks and banning any member who has left abusive messages.

I'll be looking to introduce an alternative system which doesn't leave us so open to abuse.

Well I think you know that I didn't take your neg reps as a declaration of war. Well, maybe grammatical warfare.

But that's because I know you, like. I know there wasn't malice. The anonymity is the key issue here -- hardly anyone who leaves neg rep leaves their own username.

I , like most on here, felt pleased to get a green square, But didn't "fuuume" when I got a red one. Even if it was given by an anonymous donor. Most of my reds were given in fun. Usuallyfor mentioning a certain type of fruit, or taking the Sniderman on. To me , it was just a laugh.

Frankly i'm amazed it lasted as long as it did,most of the time i forgot about it,can't say i'll miss it either tbh the forums good enough without a silly green dot telling me how uber i am

I have absolutely no clue what that is you posted there. I don't recall ever giving you an infraction at all.

That said, I loved passing out positive rep to posts that I liked, loved, or agreed with.

Oh well.
