Sorry Latch but when I came on here many threads were busy and this was about to slip on to the next page. It seemed to me that many had been in and simply ignored it. The more old fashioned respect we get back into our society, at all levels, then may be we can start tackling the filth that carry out indiscriminate crimes like this. A bit like Micknick I was livid mate

I know where you are coming from Monty, your heart as always mate is in the right place and it's understandable that you were angry and posted in response to how you felt about this sensless tragic loss of a young life.
Having said that, as angry as you were, to say that one or two on this forum maybe didn't give a damn was uncalled for, even members who have not posted on this thread would have nothing but sympathy for his family, a feeling of deep sorrow for the young lad, and, revulsion for whoever carried out this unbelivably sensless, callous, and tragic murder.
Like i said, you wear your heart on your sleeve and spoke as you saw it, maybe in hindsight i shouldn't have said anything about your post but my first instinct was to reply to what i considered an insult to some members of this forum.
I actually feel guilty now of talking about this issue of what you meant or what i meant, none of it matters, this thread was started as a tribute to a young Evertonian, god bless you Rhys. R.I.P

Love you Latch, at least they've started making arrests now, it still makes me sick to the pit of my stomach mate. The bulk of society terrorised by some low lifes, so bloody sad and so bloody wrong.

I've have just watched our full first team squad laying tributes to this lad at the spot where he died. This extremely emotional moment made me so very proud to be blue. Few other clubs would have acted in this fashion, we are truly the peoples club so forget about the events of the last 24 hours, this action puts everything into an exact perspective.

It truly does. A lovely gesture from such a great bunch of lads. There isn't one player in that squad who I think is low. Something we can all be proud of.

Rhys Jones funeral was yesterday, really nice touch with his coffin.

Rest in Peace young man.
