Levy has never ever done any club on the planet favours, when it comes to player sales / loans.

think it's very unlikely they'd loan him anywhere where there isn't the possibility of a sale at the end of it. they spent £60m on him so need to be looking for a way to recoup some of that investment, not just get the wages off the books

If there's a sell on clause it'll probably be percentage of profit made, and his value has gone through the floor.
