Richarlison at Spurs

It’s not just his goal scoring, it’s how hard he works for the team as well; he’s a brilliant player.

On the £60mil fee - He was going anyway and we needed the money due to years of poor money management. However, City got Haaland for less due to a clause in his contract that at the time would have been deemed a good deal. Yet he’s probably worth £300mil now.

I know that’s a one off extreme example but smaller teams get shafted by teams in better positions and spurs are in a much better position than us.

The real blame is on whoever thought replacing him with Maupay was the answer.

When Richarlison does Keepy-Ups for Spurs...crime against humanity.

When Richarlison does Keepy-Ups for Brazil....one of the best goals ever at the world Cup.

Hmm....
Particularly enjoyed how he created a goal out of nothing, flair, great run, control and finish, and all they wanted to talk about was the through ball lol Souness still digging at him about diving at every opportunity, yet anyone else does it its clever play. Just got to laugh I suppose.

Let’s calm down a little, he was pretty meh for the final two seasons we had him. It’s not like he was settting the world on fire at Everton and he’s not really set the world on fire at Spurs yet either. It feels a bit sad seeing lots of people still pining over him, he’s a spurs player, his family now wear spurs shirts. Everton is a distant memory for him, he’s not coming back. Too much fawning over and rewriting of history over a player who was mostly decent, sometimes good but rarely great for us. There is a reason we didn’t make huge money from the transfer…

He is having a great World Cup in a seemingly great Brazil side though, still like the guy but feel like everton fans worshipping him has more to do with how little the fans have had to cheer over the years rather than his on the field performances for us.

He hit a tune with the club. Thats all. No worship, more "good on you".
