It really is similar. Blaming our better players because they aren't perfect instead of focusing on the actual shortcomings in the setup.

Reminds me of what United are currently doing with Pogba too. Arsenal are closer booing Xhaka relentlessly instead of blaming Aubameyang for not scoring two a game.
 
Feel like he’d be far better if we moved the ball quicker. He’s a match winner though. He scores all types of goals. Like a bad version of Ronaldo but he scores. No more truer phrase than goals win games. Did someone say Bernard plays ahead of him a few pages back???? I’m fairly sure that the games about scoring more goals than the opposition, not how many cruyff turns and flicks you can do

Utter tosh
It’s just opinions on individual players
Go on any thread in here or any match and all the players get criticised and praised when deserved.
The players you mention all got grief when they deserved it. Xhaka has been crap, Rom was lazy and Richie needs to stay on his feet

bernard by far the brightest player for us this season before injury. If you don’t see what Bernard brings to the team then I feel for you fella. A goalscorer he isn’t but he makesspace for others and has a strong relationship with Digne.
Guessing you weren’t a fan of Pienaar as well since he was all flicks and no goals.

I don’t think this is meant for me
 
Early on he won the ball, lifted it over a player, continued the run and played a brilliant through ball to walcott. He is always improving.

Needs quality around him.

walcott, cenk and siggy are not that.

Well hopefully we can bring a couple in January who will complement players like richarlison. My only fear is we do well between now and January they will think it will be okay to get to the summer without spending

Doesnt take long for the “you don’t deserve nice things” shouts to come out as soon as you dare to suggest a player isn’t perfect.
