So the player himself released a statement that he is injured and the narrative that he's not injured is still being pushed around. Amazing.

….it’s probably my fault but a couple of incidents have me doubting the situation.

His reaction to being substituted at Palace was hardly one of a player with a bad calf injury that will now keep him out for some weeks. Calf muscle injuries are especially sore, he didn’t look to be struggling in his movement.

Then a few days ago comes the video of him in Formby jumping up and down on tip toes with his mates. That’s not the type of movement you make if your calf is problematic.

As you say, probably way off the mark but worth highlighting.

Appreciate your reasoning. I can only take the player's words because I see no reason why he would go along with the lie given his nature of wanting to play every game, especially world cup year.

I'm heading up to formby for a few days tomorrow...I'll be keeping an eye out for our 'injured' players having kickabouts in the park and report lol!

(I used to play as a kid in the park he was in many years back)

Nobody should ever not like him
Quality player who give his all, interacts with the fans and fumes every time we aren’t winning
He’s very inconsistent, every season he has been in England, he has as many poor or indifferent games as he has good ones so if any one has to be sold I’d prefer him to be the one rather than DCL although we’d get less for Richarlison than we would for Dominic, in my opinion.

Honestly I think Dom has as many ineffective games as Richarlison it’s just it feels like:
If Dom does nothing ‘he’s getting no service, no center forward would’ve got a sniff today’
Whereas if Richarlison gets no service he starts to drop and make things happen and being around the midfield isn’t his strength so when he tries stuff he loses the ball and plays poorly. If Richarlison gets the opportunity to move forward and link up at pace or get on the end of crosses he’s boss but when he tries to drop into midfield in a stop start slow paced game he’s crap - it’s up to the manager to make sure the game suits our best players because Gray is exactly the same.

Some truth in what you say but Richarlison even playing forward in the opposition half either in the strikers position or out wide takes the wrong option too many times, passes when he has the chance to shoot or shoots when the pass is the better option, he has no real pace to go past his man when on the wing, his ball control at times is very poor, especially for a Brazilian, no doubt he has moments of magic that get you out of your seat, just nowhere often enough and his goalscoring is not anything special with fifteen or sixteen his highest total in four full seasons in the premier league including the six he scored for Watford and he played most of the season for them.We all see players differently, for me he is a good player, nothing special and he hasn’t improved since he came to Everton.

Just seen this post, some of what you say is true and some of it garbage. The lad is still only 24 he’s averaged a goal every 3.2 games in an Everton shirt . For a team that’s finished 8th,10th,12th and now sit 15th under 4 different managers, hes played left wing, right wing, centre forward, second striker. Played in a negative defensive system under Ancelotti.

While in his first 2 seasons, taking away penalties he outscored Firmino, Rashford, martial, Jimenez, lacazette. Also he was near the top of running, pressing and making the most tackles for a forward. Also when you compare him to say Rashford. Who scored most of his goals from his right foot, Richarlison’s were spread like 40% right foot, 30% left foot and head.

Yes last year his numbers dropped. Again I think it was a lot to do with Carlo and the system. And doing extra work to cover the likes of James and siggurdsson and at times Gomes. Yes he’s got faults and at times picks wrong options, but he’s a talented lad and couid easily play for city and Liverpool imo.

I see Raphina at Leeds, very good player, but already people saying he’s worth 80mil and Neto at wolves who got 5 goals in his first season and Traore who can’t score to save his life getting price tags for 50mil. Sarr at Watford is another, good player but apparently having a great season 5 goals in 12. And Watford want 70mil or St maximum at Newcastle. He gets 4/5 goals a season And again gets talked about as some world class player.

I think Richarlison Is that type of player that goes to the level above us and would flourish. Im not convinced DCL would

So much nonsense in one paragraph, competing with @Legend78 on the BS here!

One of the few quality players we have, so yeah let's sell, sell, sell?‍♂️
