Well Grealish plays plenty and imo Richarlison is every bit as good as jota. And has better parts to his game than firmino I’m not saying he’d been in the team every week, but he certainly wouidnt look at of place
Well I think Grealish is very over rated especially for the money he cost, Jota was a very good buy and is consistent in his play and his goalscoring ability, Liverpool missed him last season when he was out injured, Firmino is getting less game time this season but is an excellent player for Liverpool both scoring and providing goals. It’s all about opinions, have a look at my post to another Everton fan above I can see his good points I just don’t think he is as good as many Everton fans think he is. What I will say is he could look better in a more successful team than ours, but I look at Grealish, again, and at the moment he looks out of place at City and isn’t adding much to their game, maybe he will look better when he settles in.

Yes like Gray a lot, what’s not to like especially for £1’5M,when Richarlison is good he’s very good, nowhere often enough for me. The Burnley game early this season at Goodison he was my MOTM, never scored but worked throughout the game for the team and made spaces for other players to occupy and score, but as I say to me he is not consistent enough, and over rated by many Everton fans.
We’ll just have to agree to (strongly) disagree then.

Jesus has just started the last 2 games for city. And hasn’t a great goal scoring record and maybe Richarlison would be agead of him for Brazil. So if Jesus can get games Richarlison certainly would

Liverpool signed mane at the age Richarlison is now . I think Richarlison wouid be close to that level. Mane has more pace and is great 1 on 1. But he’s not the greatest in terms of decisions and final ball. I don’t think he got loads of assists in his early days at Liverpool, im sure he’s improved, im
Sure Richarlison will Improve all aspects of his games over the next 5 years.

Interesting that mane went from a goal very 3.2 at Southampton same as Richarlison at Everton to one every 2.2 at Liverpool.

There is no doubt that his sale would improve our situation regarding FFP.

However it will leave a huge gap in terms of talent and a large portion of that fee will be spent trying to replace him.

However, I think in this instance it is a player wanting to join a CL club rather than Everton trying to shove him out.
Of course I would love him to stay.

Kenny, Delph, Siggy, Tosun and the 3rd choice keeper all their wages will be gone by the summer. Digne as well in a couple of days. The club should be able to offer him a new deal as long as we improve in the second half of the season plus if he is willing to give us another season.

If a club of the stature of PSG want him then I think he will leave, no matter what we do.

He will sign for PSG or Madrid in the summer.

This is almost definitely his Last season with us.
tend to agree unfortunately and wouldn’t begrudge him the move either.
4 or 5 seasons of turmoil and still extended his contract already. He’s done everything asked of him and the club have let him down / failed to deliver progress.
Be sad to see him go as I think in a better team he will go up another level or two.

How do you know this?
I've always sensed that international football is his passion, and that we're just a paycheck and a vehicle to get starts for Brazil. It would seem to follow that he'll do whatever he can to stay in Brazil's starting XI in December, and surrounding himself with the best players possible (while still starting club matches) is probably the smart move there.

I can hardly blame him; I can't imagine that most footballers have any priority that would outweigh starting and winning a World Cup final.

You have my genuine sympathies because for you watching Everton at the moment must be even more disappointing than it is for me.
If you don’t appreciate Richarlison , that only leaves Gray as a genuinely exciting and entertaining football player to make going the game worthwhile.
I at least have 2 players to cheer me up.
I am assuming you appreciate Gray by way otherwise we would be a grim,(grimmer), watch at present.

Genuinely nothing about this team pleases me at all.
