Option to buy as well I think? He'll be first sub and rotate in especially with 5 subs but it's a crazy move for basically all 3 parties. Richarlison doesn't start most games, Everton don't get a good fee and Spurs spend most their money on a player to not improve their 11. Conte will absolutely love him though
