That might make them ever so slightly favourite this coming season for 4th place just in front of arsenal and united...miles though still from Chelsea, Liverpool and City...eventually united will get their act together and spurs will be back fighting for 5th place in the league. Not sure richy will enjoy possibly be used more from the bench instead of the first name on the team sheet...Time will tell if its a good move.
At least he can look up.

I can't figure this out. He will get one season of champs league, they will finish 5th at best next season, conte will be off. Then they will be scrapping round for second rate managers and he will win f all with them. Its a slight step up, maybe they are his only real option? Seems odd to me, richarlison deserves better than spurs!
Yeah, I doubt Spurs are anywhere near his top 5 picks of where he’d like to be going.

If it’s a five year deal as has been reported, he really is putting his career at Levy’s mercy.

I truly wish him well, but I don’t think this is the right move for him. It’s likely his only option.

Moving to a club which will get walloped in the group stage of the CL and then finish 7th next year… is it really worth it? Just hope we aren’t having to sell him simply to even the books.

Spurs tho, tight arse Levy can't stand that rat ,hope the manager spits the dummy out by Christmas and bails on them. Peannar went there grass greener and all that .would of wished him luck but not to that lot.

In 2022, we’ve lost two of our best players in Richarlison and Digne to Spurs and Villa. We really have fallen as a club.
Gone are the days when our best players went to Real Madrid and Man United I guess. I can't believe other clubs aren't in for him but we move on and maybe when we look back in a few years we will have had the best of him like we did with Lukaku.

He's gone to play in the champions League. Under one of the best coaches. He'll also be living in London. I can see why he wants to move there

He has done nothing wrong in my opinion. The leadership of efc have let this happen. Spurs were pretty much our equal not long ago, yet now they are light years ahead. This is all on Kenwright and co in my opinion.

Don't blame Richy. Blame the clueless and useless individual who has been patting himself on the back for the last 10 years or so, thinking what's wonderful job he's been doing. If he had not got lucky with appointing Moyes, Kenwright would've sunk this club years ago. Every time I go near kings dock I'm always thinking of what might have been. Moshiri was probably sold on the idea that we were well run, good chairman etc... We just needed a cash injection.

There will still be people who think the club can't do anything wrong .
I am sure the spin by the club will start tomorrow
