Hahahaha. I'd wager I'm more socialist than near enough all of you posting on here. So there, I hate ASDA ffs. Doesn't excuse this, this is about sh*ttyfaced tits wanting to loot stores and terrify people. They need a tw*tting. It's symbolic of a feral youth problem around most towns and cities around the country. Use this opportunity to crush them like the ants.

Anyway, that little speech I just done was better than the one I've just watched with Boris Johnson trying to talk to Londoners caught up in it last night. He couldn't hide his contempt for the lower classes.
 
The point I was trying to make is, one isolated interview from a couple of girls who've been drinking all night doesn't tell you anything particularly does it. It's not even statistically representative.

It just tells you what two drunk girls think. I'd rather not extrapolate that to the entire plight of the poor, disenfranchise, socially excluded and politically occluded mass that is currently being pissed on from the fat cats that run this country.
 
Lets assume this is based on inequality, who would seriously want to employ any of these yobs? Would the businesses that have been destroyed hire them? Would the emergency services they've abused employ them? Would any of the local residents they've terrorised want to work alongside them?

I'm sorry, but these kids are yobs. If they want to know why they don't have a job, a mirror would be a good place to start because they're a damn site more to blame than anyone else.

Not just the schools, discipline at home is whats missing with a lot of kids, i know if my kids were involved in anything like last night, they'd get a belt off me and i would take them to the police xx

Most of these lads rioting round my way, were young black lads. Yobs eh? One step down from Boris who I'm sure would call them Oiks. Probably worse when the camera's aren't on.

Really getting the right wing empathy here. Stop and searched ten times a year, 50 people trying for 1 job. Drugs, prostitution and worse blighting communities that are being systematically denied access to things they previously relied on.

When you have several generations of this, you combine it with the breakdown of families, generations of unemployed, absent fathers and poor role models and you get a moral vaccum that perpetuates this stuff.

I don't believe kids are intrinsically bad or evil.

If there was more equality, if business weren't suffering under corporate advances, there'd be more local jobs anyway. If corporations weren't dodging 85 billion in tax a year (10 times the figure that benefit fraud accrues) perhaps something could be done to facilitate these people into becoming the kind of content citizens we all want them to be.

Alternatively hire more police and lock them up. It will cost 30k a year to do so (thereby ironically wasting your money because it would of been cheaper to give them all 30k a year to do something constructive like build a high speed rail network or low cost housing).

Still I've not read the times yet. I'm gonna wait until Rupert Murdoch can tell me what to think.

That's not a balanced viewpoint at all mate, and I make exceptions because unlike near enough everyone, you live there.

But what that was about was sheer greed and evilness, wanting to terrify people and show their rage.

I reiterate: they need a tw*tting, not sympathy or understand. But a tw*tting. With big sticks and no mercy.

The feeling on social media, before it got out of hand, secretly urging them to have a cause, was almost palpable. Sorry guys, there isn’t one.


If there is some kind of hidden agenda to dumb people down, to reduce us all to the lowest common denominator, then it’s ****ing working! You feed people the ****ing X-Factor and bull**** TV, crappy tabloid newspapers, all the disposable crap that is aimed at aspirational living, but which is ultimately unobtainable, all the visible means of excelling in life, shoved in their faces, and rob them of any opportunity to achieve it, and then you have the temerity to shout out at the subclass of idiots you have created!


Our Darwinian society has allowed corporations to thrive at the expense of the masses, dictating policy and enforcing governments to adopt counter-intuitive social policy. There are so many people these kids could be angry with, so many fronts that they could be rising up against.


Instead, they are rampaging like a bunch of ****witted Frankenstein’s monsters, destroying small businesses and communities in the same breath as burning down J D Sports.

I guess we can now expect parliament to pass some God-awful legislature to allow for the imposition of civil right depletion, before sticking their heads back up their gigantic arseholes.


If they do, then it may be that the zeitgeist of zombie movies, seemingly released every week, won't be so far off being realised.


And no, I’m not condoning the violence".
 
History will look back and call it the 'Nike trainers riots'.

Everyone just wanting a new pair of trainees and taking them from kids on the street or any shop that sells them.

These riots are all about greed.

Is right.

I keep saying that whilst I dont condone it (unless its at a corporate target and nobody gets hurt), there are underlying reasons. Did the majority of rioters/looters know what those reasons were? No, probably not. They just know that they are the bottom of the rung. They have next to nothing (and please, owning a plastic phone doesn't mean you are rich) and they are continually being treated like sh!t from the local police.

These things were inevitable, are inevitable. There's more of it on the way.
