The idea that this comes out of nowhere is laughable. You only have to walk up to Goodison to see the absolute bleak ****ty landscape that a lot of people have to live in. Where their grandparents would have seen local shopkeepers, tradesmen, postmen, businessmen, now the only role models are [Poor language removed] drug dealers/ gangsters.
On the other hand, giving dysfunctional 14 year old kids money to have as many children as they want whilst the rest of us- working class like me or whatever- wait until they can afford it, is just creating a massive underclass.
The corporations and their government servants have taken our communities from us but the benefits culture has created a monster. Decent people who happen to be on low incomes are lumped in with these knobheads by 'well meaning' lefties.

the saddest thing is those same landscapes produce a calibre of person that governments fear......... people with a true sense of who they are- the ones who wont be told what to think........so they carry on knocking the neighbourhoods down cameron/warren/blair/thatcher etc

Socialism, lived it mate not read it, upbringing you would **** yourself every night even thinking about it, grandad fought in spanish civil war and started a dockers union,and fought to set up a labour party when liverpool was tory because of religion, i have been a union rep over the years, and thrown out of sogat for being militant, the ****s sided with managment to get us the sack but i stood up for my beliefs, been on strike loads of times rail union rep, and seen it in action every day for years Socialism is a joke in this country , mostly thanks to soft arses like you who forget that Socialism is for a better world for us all not a daydream of people who have never known a days work or poverty in there lives, you are like blair ,millaband and harman a ******** and a discrace to the word Socialist

And yes socialism is for a better world. But if we cannot vote for it (and we cannot anymore democracy has been co-opted by dark media forces and the influence of corporate lobbyists), or contain big business by militant action, there are few options left but open dissent.
