Roast Chicken, sausage meat stuffing, green beans, cauli, carrots and turnips, Yorkies, quince jelly. Replete, haven't moved for an hour.

Always with a roast. There seems to be disagreement about this depending where you live. When my mum first moved to Nuneaton with her new husband she made a roast dinner for the family... they were horrified to find mushy peas on it.

We used to get meat from the nice muslim butcher down the road but not anymore.. Islamabad.

Roast Goose for Christmas dinner. It is the best. Goose fat crispy roast potatoes....

+1 for this. Goose beats turkey hands down every day of the year. Baffles me that more people don't eat goose.
