A contract is a contract... He will deservedly get some decent compensation after Kenwright gave him that big contract... And as this contract may be his last big payday, he will surely play a hard ball to get a big percentage of money he should still get from us as a compo.

As far as I no there was a clause in his contract if he finishes under a certain position and if he is sacked he only receives a certain percentage of compensation

Now this is straight out of FIFA but do managers not have like yearly targets they must meet and without them lose job security?

Im surprised there is any issue with this, its fairly well known if you sack someone during a contracted period a compensation fee has to be paid and considering the wages he was on it had to be around 8-10 million due to the most ridiculous contract renewal after 1 season in charge.

Regressed us as a club or not, only 1 winner in this situation and big reason i was amazed we went for a contracted manager as it's basically costing us around 20 million for the 16/17 season management change which is madness by any clubs standard, biggest i had heard of before this was AVB to chelsea for around 15 million.

Sound Bobby , that £10m we owe you . Take it out the niasse deal and you owe US £3.5m plus that clowns wages you fcking fraud
