What do people think the club are doing to deal with the press reaction to Martinez's comments? I find it strange that the Echo kicked off - basically calling Martinez a liar - and still hold that line. Normally they write a load of nonsense that goes with the club's agenda.

It's just surprising that the club haven't briefed any papers to defend the manager and are just letting him get torn apart by the press.
