But he is right about the possible outcomes there friend, however extremely unlikely it is

If we get 0 or 1 points out of our remaining 4 games, both Watford and Bournemouth pick up at least 1 point out of their remaining games, west brom and Swansea both get 2 points out of their remaining games, Palace get 3 points and both Norwich and sunderland get the full 12 points by winning 4 games in a row then yes technically we can finish 18th and go down.

The more pertinent thing is that we're mathematically incapable of finishing any higher than 9th. What a crap season this has been.

Martinez is going, despite all the pessamistic and jarg rumour spreading, he is getting sacked.

You don't carry the record he has right now as everton manager and keep your job. Pretty much anyone but wigan but sack him after this massive drop in form. He is going, mark esks words, he is going.

This, imagine our last home game of the season against Norwich, and Martinez is still here, imagine the lap of honour! especially if the games before then are crap.

Last season's lap of "honour" was one of the most embarrassing things I've seen at a football match. The ground was literally about 50% full, I expect it to be about 30% on the last day of this season

Open poll at toffee web shows 95% want him gone, I've never seen anything like this in living memory.

And what reason does he want to continue spurting denial day after day? His ego is killing him and his career. Ffs Bobby let it go!! Let us go!!

We're 11th you mug.

"Mug" ????????????????

Not wanting to get involved in any spats between posters here but theoretically MACCA75 is right! Results go against us next weekend and its possible we could be 16th not 11th! It's scandalous though, and a damning indictment on Martinez, that here we are at the end of April and in theory at least we could still be relegated even though its highly highly unlikely!
