I've been very much Martinez in. However, with such a great opportunity tonight falling by the wayside I feel he does not have the steel needed to fix a sinking ship. You can't always be mr. Positive just like it didn't work for Jose being mr. Negative. You need to know when to encouraging and support and you need to know when to lay into someone or not have the fear to bench someone.
