Like it or not he's a winner but I can't see any circumstances he would come to Everton both in terms of us offering or him being interested.

Too much history to be overcome.

Most of us don't agree with how he sees the game, but I can't see how that makes him "contemptible". A nice fella who wasn't good enough. Simple as that.
