Theres no more game in here, they banned Ian and the rest went missing like the utter rats they are.

The battle is over, a swift victory was claimed.
In all seriousness, it's good for the forum now that the faction fighting is over and everyone is unified behind the manager.

I think BK's interview with The Mush after Chelsea were kicked into touch hammered home that there'll be no change at the top for the foreseeable. That settled everything down, and I detect a new realism amongst forumites that, basically, it's Bobby's way or the highway.

Still think he will be sacked in the summer if he doesnt win the cup or finish in the top 8.

I don't see the argument for that, tbh.

If you're a new owner coming in and you've spent nothing then you don't have an awful lot to be complaining about if we can't bring home silverware this season. If I was him I'd look at whether the manager will waste my money on garbage - as per the Liverpool model - or whether he's creative with cash and gets most calls right. That box is ticked by Martinez. I'd also look at what the bulk of the industry feel about this Everton team, that they are a quality outfit playing attractive football but underachieving in the PL - at least at home. I'd then conclude that the manager deserved the chance to turn that into tangible success by handing them the chance to use extra cash in the next couple of transfer windows. If that didn't get us top six and within reach of a CL spot next season I'd review his position.

I don think that ^^^ will be too far off the position Moshiri holds right now.

I would agree everyone is unified behind the team.

As for the manager there appears to be an uneasy silence until the cup run is over, or the end of the season, whichever comes first.

Moshiri holds the position of not putting up with snake salesmen.

I don't know what's supposed to happen then. The silence turns into uproar and his downfall?

Not remotely on the horizon.

Arsenal beat us Dave, operation GOT fume fest will commence once again, we beat Arsenal (which we will) the mods will have a quiet day.
Tbh, people won't be happy if we lose against Arsenal, yeah, but I detect that the edge won't be there after what happened last Saturday. It's clear now that it was a huge moment in the season. It's changed almost everything. I did say on the eve of the Chelsea game that all the managers detractors would be piped down with a win, but even I didn't expect the extent of the volte face. The hysteria was broken, and broken for good.
