Largely because people have myopically placed themselves firmly in one camp.

Or they voted and haven't been back on.

I'm honestly not that arsed about defending Martinez. I just would like a bit more balance rather than one sided moaners who come on only when we get beat.

Absolutely. Which is why even if I am inclined to persist with him a little longer I have to question why so many are fed up with him.

I think Martinez is taking the brunt of a lot of dissatisfaction which has been brewing since Kendall left the first time to be honest.

I think we're in for a period of much more solidarity in and outside the club now and I can't wait for it.

When he was a student, Jack was involved in a debate at the Cambridge Union.

He got up and made a stirring speech in favour of the motion, whatever it was.

As he made his way off the stage, to rapturous applause, the Chairman told him that he was actually supposed to be speaking against the motion.

Jack promptly strode back to the podium and made an equally stirring speech decrying the motion.



Rest assured, Sentinel......if the boot had been on the other foot and it was the cult which was holding sway in the weeks prior to Chelsea, Senor Azul would have been batting for the plotters....
