Certainly after years of being told of glass ceilings and knives to a gunfight I think the margins that exist now are far less surmountable.

Again the pertinent question is can Martinez bridge that gap. We will find out.

I think he will mate. Some of the players can't escape criticism for some of the points thrown away this season. There's not much a man can do when stood on the sidelines and watching a team fall to pieces.
