My point being, we have other and more important issues too. You know the stats, he is stinking the house out as a manager. The players look half arsed, he doesn't know how to defend a lead and close a game out, he also has a shocking record for over a season and a half now for winning football matches.

What did he do wrong today? He fielded everyone's dream team of Deulofeu, Besic and Mirallas and injuries scuppered it. Individual errors are killing us, we were set up just fine.

Called it against Tottenham that this will happen - playing the same team 5 times in 2 weeks is utter madness and, at best, hoping that you get no injuries.

People even on here were like "NAH HE NEEDS TO PLAY" for most of the players though, especially Besic for some reason, who came back from injury just now.

We've only won 1 more than Sunderland, Newcastle and Swansea (17th-19th place teams) and 1 fewer than West Brom. 3 fewer than West Ham, Liverpool, Southampton, Watford and Palace.

Football is about winning. You can talk about possession, goals scored, assists etc all day but these things need to service wins. We have such brilliant players but we are the epitome of average (6 wins, 6 defeats and a league high 11 draws).

I think Deulofeu is but our other 3 tend to be very complacent.
