I like the way Martinez is doing things, I am with all the Moyes haters on that one, its the Moyes hating I don't agree with. Mainly because most of it is a work of fiction.. Take this one from the current Baines thread:
I think what im trying to say is, I wish this Martinez style, which ive completely bought into, had come a few years ago. Instead we rigidly stuck with what we thought was working, and really, if we are honest, we all knew Moyes had a glass ceiling of 7th/8th.

I love Martinez to be honest, obviously if we become dogsh*t and slide down the table I may change my view but he's a breath of fresh air around the place and appears to be very approachable and open with fans.
