I never said Moyes was a wonder coach. You're the one going to ridiculous extremes saying that there were only 2 times in Moyes' 11 years that you were entertained when watching an away game.

In his last season alone I can think of Swansea, Fulham (doesn't matter that we drew 2-2 if they played well right?) and Villa.

I said in his last season alone, that was just off the top of my head. I could trawl through all of our results from the 11 years he was manager but I won't.

Talking of value for money I got a lot more of that when Moyes was manager than now. Going to Goodison then I actually saw us win games. El Fraudo's turned it from a fortress to a gift shop.

United was an awful day just generally, not sure I'd hold that one against any team.

Have to admit my standards for cup games are a bit different than the league games as care less about the performance than the results.

Even if you include them though that makes 7 out of 17 home games, could be better but certainly doesn't seem like most of the games and surely offset by some really entertaining ones?

The 2nd half of the City game was really poor, too. Add to that the amount of goals conceded and dropped points. Both of which I don't find particularly entertaining. Might be missing games out, just know I haven't enjoyed the football at Goodison much this season at all. Very entertaining for neutrals and away fans.

Fair enough, it's all about opinions.

My opinion is he had us punching above our weight in around 5th - 7th. Martinez has us back were we belong spend wise.

When Moyes went I wanted someone better to take us further. Entertaining football means nothing if the results don't back it up.

Personally I can still find a game entertaining even if we conceed goals/drop points and think we are playing much better football than we were last season, or even for a large extent under Moyes, but appreciate different people enjoy different things.

Let's hope we get more 3-0 wins like we played in the first season vs Arsenal and we'll all be happy

He's more qualified and more successful than any other manager we could hope to attract, look at some of the 'Names' the plotters were demanding a few weeks back, Howe? Hughes? O'Neil? Some random foreign blert who's afraid of drowning so wears armbands on the touchline??

I haven't seen any of you change the other's opinion yet. All that exists is back and forth point scoring.

Neither of the polarised sides is right or wrong, time will be the judge of that. So relax and wait and see. It's hardly as if we've been going anywhere in a hurry for the last 20 years is it?
