For that you need to look at someone who can bring youth through, sign young players with huge potential and play like Barca....

The manager who spent 200 million and is failing? Don't think any club will take him outside of Holland mate

You'd cry about Hughes yet he us probing to be a better manager than Martinez on a similar budget?

Koeman has sold most if his first 11 and yet has his team outperforming ours over 2 seasons?

Compared to the manager who has the best young striker in Europe, one if the best young talents in midfield and a 40 plus million pound defender. He has potentially 3 of England's back 4 alone with two holding midfielders every game and yet we leak goals against anyone decent?

I'd take Hughes over Martinez right now mate, simply because he can motivate his team to win games.

As a manager talk me through how you tell the best young striker to [Poor language removed] the game the game up by trying to be clever and strutting with a pause to take the penalty to finish the game off....

Tell me how you educate a belgium international not to dive in whilst in a non threatening position whilst on a yellow card

Tell me by taking an offensive player off results in a total collapse

Tell me why a captain does not defend his team mates like nobles did

But i do concede...RM has ran out of time but do not fool yourself to think it is all the managers fault

Substitutions totally wrong again and had a big impact.
 
Just read Martinez' comments on the game, he thought it was a shame we lost, someone should tell him it is an absolute disgrace we lost. The turning point was the penalty miss according to him, even after the penalty miss we were two nil up. He is talking nonsense, he should re-run the match and look at it from Slavin Bilac' s view point, look at how he affected the game with the changes he made both in personnel and how he played. Lilac managed the situation despite his front eleven going behind, Martinez contributed to the loss.

Come on la, you know most managers can defend a 2-0 lead even with ten men. If you want to blame Jags you need to throw some blame at the man who picked him to captain.

I think you cannot underestimate the pull of the new TV money and hopefully the intent of our new owner.

Mourinho would be a long shot as would someone like Simeone.

But we should at least test the water as I believe we could attract a really top class manager with a proven record of success this summer.

I dunno, Jose must only have a handful of prospective clubs left and I don't think he wants to leave the prem so that leaves Utd and us. Granted he's more than likely going to UTD but if our new owner is the real deal and wants to really make a statement then Jose is not that far fetched imo.
