I urge everyone to have a look at Martinez' Premier League stats.
He wins 31% of the games he is involved in;
He picks up an average of 1.25 points per game;
His team's concede more goals than they score; and
He loses 20% more games than he wins.
I ask you, if you were the owner of a business and someone had a CV like that would you give them a job.

No he wouldn't even get an interview, with that on his CV

But like you said his results and the stats supporting it show what he his, apart from one season, everything is identical

But there are folk who don't believe those figures or that they are merely a blip on the way to success!

That one season is included in the statistics, if he hadn't that good year his win ratio would be even worse.

Mr Martinez's apologists will brook no such objective inspection of fact. I hazard a guess that none of these Pollyannas have ever employed a single man or woman in a commercial environment that they have real skin in the game. I said after the Leicester game, that Mr Martinez is out of his depth. I genuinely believe he is a snake oil salesman, talking the talk, style over substance...a straw man. Get rid ASAP...and take the captain's armband off of Jagielka while we're at it...terrible captain.

...RM gets paid a lot of money to manage the team and should be accountable for failings that are within his remit. Folk on here voice differing opinions but the bottom line is the team continue to throw away points from comfortable positions. Perhaps some on here couldn't do any worst.

I am still livid after yesterday's result and the comments from RM have do nothing to calm me. There was no mention of his absymal subbing or tactics and the poor defending, oh no it was all down to the missed penalty!

I also think of last season which was poor, okay the first was a bright light but in that RM had inherited a lot of the DM work ethic.

Oh yes, no doubt there are some who will think a "plotter" has left, so be it. I am a fervent Everton supporter and have been since the very early 60s and want only the best for the club.

I can barely control my disgust. I will not now post on any thread which is centred on RM or game results until after the end of the season.

It would be difficult to conjure worse results (given the squad talent) than Mr Roberto Martinez has conspired. How any level headed mind continues to lend support to his undermining of our team, is tantamount to perfidy.

Team Plotter did not manage the game yesterday. Mirallas would have been selected but that Niasse substitution would have gone straight in the bin. It would have been 100% from 2 games.
