I do not have low expectations. I watched 4 Championship winning sides and I believe both Harry and Howard would have loved to have played Ross and had the others available in the years I suggested. Championship sides are not made up of the best 11 players in the league, just the ones that have talent but gel together the best. The most important element of the side though is without doubt a manager who lives to win...........Martinez could have taken over any of those 4 sides exactly as they were and struggled for a top 5 place.........
