We engineered a couple of very good chances yesterday and limited city to only 2 or 3 yesterday. It's not like we've been backs to the wall with Howard bailing us out with a string of saves.
I think that we do need to increase our tempo, but as has been said to death, we haven't had our strongest 11 on the pitch yet this season and there are players not fully match sharp after their own injuries.

I bet very few teams have had there best 11 out this season and everyone gets injuries.
We have the biggest squad we have ever had and many times this season we have had a better 11 out than the opposition.
At the end of the day we are lacking fitness and the tempo and tactics have been worked out by opponents.
Our football is awful to watch the slow backwards tippy tappy little passes it looks so easy for the opposition.
When our opponents catch up we then start to go backwards letting them get their breath back and with our lack of movement we end up giving the ball away or come back into our own half to start again.
We play in the managers image and at the moment we are scared to death out there

Im just saying we should start looking at other options.
Pep, Klopp, Vitor, Fergie should all be on our radar, we need a strong manager who can actually play a team in a proper formation and motivate them to do well.

Maybe, but that is where strength in depth comes into play which is something that we can't financially afford really. And as has been said earlier in the thread, if you look at Chelsea they have had no issues with their major players being out injured and they're taking the league by storm because the team has largely stayed the same line up wise. Whereas we've been disjointed which I think is part of the reason for our slow passing.
