The trick of course is to sell the players at peak value ans just before they begin going downhill - so lets say baines goes for 15mil in january.

It'll take being only one point better off for him to be 'no better than Moyes'. For a kick off he'd have to become an utter tit who scuttled off to join another club and then start bad mouthing us and trying to snatch our best players for a piss take price.
