I've said this before - you must understand that it's only a few irate Evertonians who dont appreciate the abilities of Martinez. The rest of football does.

WTF they're irate for I dont know, btw. Three years here and he handed us our best ever PL campaign and three extensive cup runs (two to the SFs). We should be so lucky in the next three seasons.

I really dont know why you have this worship of him. He is a terrific bloke, but fundamentally flawed as an elite manager. Same as Southgate.

Ironically it was Fellaini who saved his arse against Japan, a player he practically booted out of here even though he still had plenty in the tank because he didn't do enough stepovers

I don’t hate him the same way I hate Koeman, but he was completely useless after that first season. Stones Barkley Lukaku and delivering bottom half finishes.
