Roma tickets


That seems well overdue. As the match is only next Saturday if you’ve had nothing by Monday I think you should contact fan services.

Mine still haven't shown on my account, but I did receive the email and have uploaded to my Google wallet straight from that. Have you had no email?
No email its weird aswell as I see the purchase history there, even when u click resend purchase order nothing comes through. My mates i got tickets for aswell they are saying they haven't had anything through was thinking the email would of been sent to them. Messaged the club anyway
 
We laughed at the pitiful Everton "Legends" line-up, but now I'm beginning to think that side will possess more quality that our first team against Roma in the main event.
 
I've got a ticket for this but can't go. I've had the ticket email sent through to download to Apple/Google Wallet, but does anyone know how i would go about transferring this to someone else? It's not showing on the App in the usual manner like my season ticket would.

I'd rather let someone have it who has missed out on a ticket rather than contact the club for a refund.

Just forward the email - and the receiving party can click on the link and download the ticket.

I forwarded mine to my brother and he downloaded it without issue

Just forward the whole email to whoever you want then they can open it and place in their respective wallet.
 

Got mine last week and my phone has no NFC and told me I wouldn’t be able to use them,rang last week and got told to ring today,they would send out paper tickets this week,spoke to them before and they told me I would have to collect them this week from Tuesday at Goodison or on Saturday at the Hill Dick,’kin great service EFC🙄

Like a couple of others on here have said, I also can't attend. I took up the option as a season ticket holder and ordered a ticket. I received it last week via email and straight away forwarded it to my cousin. I didn't open the link just sent the email and when he received it just tapped on the link where it says place in wallet, iPhone or android tapped again and there it was. He opened it and ticket there with seat number gate number etc. Only problem he has is ageing by fifteen years as mine is an O/65 concession. As long as the bums on seats is achieved to grant the licence im sure he'll get in.

Its possibly going to be a painful learning curve for many who still seem to think transferring season tickets digitally will be straightforward. The club are like hawks watching out for dubious practices.
My elder son had his and two young girls season tickets sent to his phone last week. On receipt he did what was instructed to do and downloaded them into his wallet. He's just found out he won't be coming to the Brighton game and as im bringing my two grandchildren with me he tried to transfer them to the girls phones so they can get in. The transfer failed and a message appeared saying download already attempted and the digital tickets have now disappeared entirely.

This level of control around the tickets is painful and I don’t really understand the need for it other than the commercial angle for the club.

I should be able to transfer my seat to whoever I want and they shouldn’t have to become a member, or the club could allow becoming a member free. But I suppose a sign of the times!
