Roma tickets

Its possibly going to be a painful learning curve for many who still seem to think transferring season tickets digitally will be straightforward. The club are like hawks watching out for dubious practices.
My elder son had his and two young girls season tickets sent to his phone last week. On receipt he did what was instructed to do and downloaded them into his wallet. He's just found out he won't be coming to the Brighton game and as im bringing my two grandchildren with me he tried to transfer them to the girls phones so they can get in. The transfer failed and a message appeared saying download already attempted and the digital tickets have now disappeared entirely.
Has he checked here on his wallet , my season ticket ended up there one week last season

Opposite experience to me I originally downloaded it to one phone that has since broken, so I've downloaded it to my old phone and the download worked.

I hope that can be resolved for him.
I love the innocence of youth though (he's 48) "I'll just go to the ticket office at the Roma game I'm sure they'll be able to sort it"
Yes, you and five thousand others.

Thanks, I'll inform him.
This level of control around the tickets is painful and I don’t really understand the need for it other than the commercial angle for the club.

I should be able to transfer my seat to whoever I want and they shouldn’t have to become a member, or the club could allow becoming a member free. But I suppose a sign of the times!
Very much so.

Absolutely particularly given the lax approach to who can attend via hospitality (will they all be signed up Forever Blue members ?).

I’ve got me an my lad a ticket, his is an u18 but he can’t go now. Does anyone know if I can change his to an adult ticket and give it to my mate, either by phone or on the day? Tried looking at the website FAQs, can’t find anything or an email address to query

Because it's a one off game I'm hearing that they're not so bothered about concessions so long as the capacity is tested. You should try and forward the email the ticket was attached to your buddy and see if it can be downloaded to his wallet. Its clutching at straws because I believe you can only download the once. Best of luck.

Im still having issues after speaking to the club said they would resend the tickets via email after not even getting them to begin with nothing has still come through. So I dont know what there next step will be..
Just wish I could get a paper ticket so much easier imo.

Does anyone know if there are any hospitality packages still available? I’ve left it late as I thought I was going to be away but desperately want to take the family.

I've not seen any hospitality sales to none hospitality members.

Club still haven't confirmed what there doing for hospitality members. Initial communication was "we want to set expectations", but nothing followed up.

I've since received a request for any dietary requests yesterday, but still no further information.

Cheers mate, just contacted the club - they said they can change it to an adult as long as I pay the difference in price.
