Their left winger would have torn him a new one today and it’s Leicester. There’s no need to ruin the kid because we’ve messed up our recruitment. He isn’t massively better than what we have, if at all. He could be miles better if we do this properly.

We’re not talking about a real precocious talent here like a Rooney, Barkley, Wilshere, Owen type who’s as good as they’re going to be around 18/19.

He’s a young lad still learning the game and after a bad injury, he needs patience and his minutes managed properly.

He's better than Garner at full back - he plays in midfield - alls Dyche had to do was take off Doucs & put Garner in midfield & Dixon at Right back ... simple but not for dumb head Dyche ....

Doucoure played well deeper and added a much needed pyhsical resiliance we have been lacking. Dixon got skinned as many times as garner did by a much worse player on tues.

The boy looked far from ready and it would be better if we can avoid feeding him to the sharks at thi stage of his career
