2024/25 Roman Dixon

Not 20 until December, I am not sure what people expect from a 19 year old tbh.
He has already played in the Premiership and hasn’t looked out of place.

I would have thought that his pace could be used on the wing but his inexperience and unpredictability are totally alien to the kind of player the manager favours.

A loan in January may work well for him.

What are you talking about?
Where has all the clamour for Dixon to start games in the premier league disappeared to?

He was playing for the u21s against Accrington Stanley last night and struggled at times, didn’t look a level above (Whittaker, Armstrong and Benjamin did incidentally).

Almost as if he wasn’t ready to start games for a club trying to stay in the premier league….

I think because Young has finally not been a walking red card and been fine in the past few games there isnt a burning desire to bring in anyone 'new'.

Clearly though he's got a limited shelf life...Coleman is finished...Patterson is hated by Dyche so that leaves Dixon.

Doesnt really bother me if a player has a poor game when dropping back down a level -- could be a one off or they could perform with better players (look at Onana).

He played against Spurs and was arguably one of our best platers albeit the bar was low.

Sean Dyche is a Conservative manager, he doesnt take risks with fitness or selection.
