The problem is we cannot replace him directly with an equivalent level player like Icardi/Bellotti/Aubameyang or even a Lacazette as they want & get CL teams.
We need to find another 18-20 year old with potential and a solid established second tier player. We'll also need to try to add more goals from wide & midfield to compensate.
The risk is if this makes Ross less prepared to stay. We can potentially deal with losing a Rom and f Walsh/Koeman are as advertised but if we lose Rom and Ross...

Good point. I'd be after Dembele from Celtic. If we sell him to United I'd be all over Rashford as part of the deal. If Chelsea the same with Tammy Abraham. We're not going to attract the finished article so let's do the same we did with Rom. We're an attractive destination for young players.
