Mosh had to schmuze Raiola as he's so powerful but Bill did well not to buy his bs about Rom being 99% sure to sign.
He just wanted a contract with a release clause that Chelsea were willing to pay and a huge fee guaranteed for himself.
He'll now have to convince Chelsea to cough up significantly more and there's no guarantee they will.
Xi Jin Ping is 63 years old Steve.
He gave us four years to get into the Champions League and we never really came close, so I wouldn't blame him if he decided to engineer a move elsewhere.
I would go as far as to say that he is our best ever Premier League striker. Indeed, he has scored more goals for Everton than the great Alex Young (AKA The Golden Vision) did.
Good luck to the lad.
Raoila wasn't Rom's agent thankfully when Rom signed for us so I think it less likely that those punitive clauses are included.I wouldn't be too sure that there aren't all sorts of detrimental clauses in the original contract which will work against Everton and to the benefit of both the player and indeed his agent.
Look at the clauses elesewhere where that club had to pay the agent if he left or indeed if he stayed.

Ofc he will do if he stays. He's a pure goalscorer, Sharp improved every attacking player in the side though, rather have a peak Sharp than lukaku in any team by a mile.
Back in the days before assists where recorded ofc, but Sharps would have had insane numbers.
I'm sure Rom will settle for second choice behind Griezman
Romelu Lukaku says Everton manager Ronald Koeman is responsible for taking him "to the next level" as a player.
I'm very happy. I want to thank the manager for pushing me, even though sometimes I'm not always an easy guy. He's taken me to the next level.
"As a young guy, I just try to learn every day and give my best. Sometimes there are ups and downs but it's always with the best intentions
Sounds like the Oracle at Delphi.''The future is bright and I am happy.''
Sounds like the Oracle at Delphi.
So repay him by signing a new contract and staying then you ungrateful whelp!http://www.skysports.com/football/n...ks-ronald-koeman-for-taking-him-to-next-level
I guess thats being called "managed by a good coach Rom"
