Paraphrasing, but the question was asked and answered and to my knowledge he's not quoted anywhere saying he wants to leave. Classic 'let's make up a story' piece
 

For me, Rom is basically already gone, with a slim chance of him staying if we get in a new manager

If we get a new manager, we can say to him "Look, aside from the cups the last season was a load of arl arse. However, we've got this new bloke in and we're going to back him in the transfer market to give you the back up you need. Just give us a chance and hold off any move till January at the earliest"

If Martinez stays and refuses to address the defensive issues, Rom is gone for certain IMO

He stays until someone ponys up the money we'd want
 

In the sky article about Mourinho they suggest if he gets the United job he'll target Ibrahimovic so clearly doesn't rate him and wont target him wherever he ends up. Honestly dont see a viable move for him at this point as contrary to popular belief PSG wont spend the money required to buy him nor will they be interested in someone so unproven.

-Club say hes not for sale at any price.
-Random club make a below par bid.
-We fume and call him a Judas.
- Argue for a month or two over who is right
- Lukaku forced to hand in a transfer request.
- Random club has offer accepted north of 60 mill.
- Lukaku leaves.
- We post teams spending 60 mill of signings we like
- We sign someone we've never heard of, pretend we have and post youtube clips.
- The world turns.
