Actually mate until Lukaku has played an official game he can change his number.

However, since Kone is no.9 currently he would have to be sold first before Lukaku could change, and Rom could only do so if he hadn't featured in an official game.
 
Right you bad meffs (I include myself in this for even being drawn in). It hasn't changed.

His '@' (his handle) on twitter has always been '@RomeluLukaku9' since he set it up. However, he changed his twitter username to R.Lukaku Bolingoli10 when he signed for us permanently.

You can't do that on Insta. But here's proof nothing has changed.

However, he recently must've set up a new Instagram account as he got hacked on his old one. He set it up a week ago.

And for anyone who says "Why isn't it RLukaku10 then? He wears 10 for us." There is already accounts with that username.

Actually mate squad numbers are confirmed on 1st September when we submit our squad list to the Premier League, if Everton wanted, they could change the squad numbers everyday from now till then.
