In fact more to the point when wad the last time a player scored 20 plus goals 3 years in a row? And how much would you say they are worth? Or how would you class them?
Another question. If rom scores 20 this year minimum that puts him on 81 goals for Everton. How many strikers in our history have done that in 3 to 4 years? In fact if he somehow stayed this summer then he wouod break 100 goals for the club before he was 25, add his West Brom goals and a total of 23 this year has 100 goals in England so far.
And yet he is crap? All he does is score ridiculous amounts of goals for his team and ranks alongside the best out there. Some strikers struggle for 100 in their career never mind 4 years. But because he has a poor first touch and can't control a 40 yard hoof, and because no one else in the team can shoot he is somehow terrible or expendable?

Hopefully they can convince him to stay in the summer - a big statement of intent needed from the board in terms of signings, both this and the summer window, needed to show Rom we mean business. He'd be extremely difficult to replace.
